  • We offer a 5% courtesy accounting adjustment to patients who pay for their treatment with cash prior to completion of care for treatment plans of $1200.00 or more.

  • Greater Houston Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery PA requires payment at the beginning of your treatment.
  • If you choose to discontinue care before treatment is complete, you will receive a refund less the cost of care received.
  • For plans requiring more than 1 appointment, alternative payment arrangements may be provided.
  • For patients with dental insurance we are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefit and provide them with the documentation they need for you to receive reimbursement for your treatment.
  • Greater Houston Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery charges $25 for returned checks.
  • We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

    Many times, a simple telephone call can clear up any misunderstandings.
  • We will file your insurance claim the very same day in most cases.
  • Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.
  • Please call our office if your reimbursement isn't received within that time period.
  • If your insurance company sends the reimbursement check to our office we will promptly send a refund check to you.
